Over the course of her nineteen-years career, including eleven years in Deloitte Senegal, Ndiémé had setup an accounting practice ‘CEC AFSA’ which offers accounting, payroll, legal and tax services. Many of her clients are non-profit organisations.

She is a chartered accountant and an active member of ONECCA.
