Edmond is an experienced global leader with over twenty (20) years’ management experience in various corporate settings ranging from start-ups to matured companies, non-profit organisations, manufacturing, consulting and commercial sectors. He trained as a Chartered Accountant and has developed expertise in organizational development, corporate governance, financial reporting, budgeting, project management, community development, and people management. Edmond currently serves as the General Secretary of International Needs operating in over 30 countries worldwide.

He is the IFR4NPO Country Champion for Ghana. He actively supports the engagement of relevant stakeholders in Ghana

Lawrence is an experienced regional leader with over twenty-four (24) years’ management experience in various INGOs and Consultancy Firms across several projects in 35 African countries funded by various donors (CDC, CIFF, DANIDA, EU, FCDO, USAID, and WB). He’s specialised in financial management including payroll processing, operations including people management, full-life-cycle of contracts, grants, and procurement management as well as compliance. His strengths are in the areas of budgeting, project startups, monitoring and internal audit, and close-out.

Lawrence is also a trained Chartered Management Accountant, Compliance Officer, and a trained Fraud Investigator; he undertook a couple of fraud investigations within projects in Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, and Zambia and revised/developed several internal operations and compliance policy manuals.

Lawrence currently works as the Procurement and Grants Director of The Palladium Group in Ghana, overseeing the implementation of contracts, grants, and procurement component of the USAID-Ghana Mobilizing Finance for Agriculture.
