Fridrich is a NFP sector lead at Australian Accounting Standards Board bringing his experience across financial control & reporting, accounting policy, audit, advisory, and due diligence services with a range of organisations in both Australia and overseas.
Some of his prior roles include Head of Treasury Financial Control at major Australian bank and Account Director at a Big 4 accounting firm advising clients on various aspects of financial reporting. Fridrich has also served in Treasurer and other management committee roles at various local not-for-profit environmental organisations, and was the co-founder of a fledgling fintech start-up.
Having navigated teams through change and process improvement, he has developed a passion for people leadership and talent development. Outside of work, when he isn’t hitting the pavement and going for a run, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
